Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans with timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional program planning across Research, Translational Sciences, Nonclinical Safety, CMC, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostatistics.
• Flag the practical impact of scope/timing/resource changes and advise next steps to leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings and maintain a clear decision log.
• Draft minutes and ensure action items have owners and due dates.
• Track risks and develop contingency plans with program and partner leads.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for governance reviews.
