Nurix Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Business Partner to provide high-level administrative support and strategic project ownership to the CSO. The role demands exceptional organization, proactive prioritization, and cross-functional communication to advance critical initiatives across Research.

The EBP will manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, draft executive communications, and lead discrete projects from scoping to execution while mentoring the Research

Qualifications

• Minimum of associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in an executive administrative or business partner role, including 3+ years supporting C-level or functional-head roles in pharma/healthcare/scientific industries.
• Experience mentoring administrative staff and setting cross-team standards.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and represent priorities in a leader's absence.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline-driven capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex calendars and leading cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; professional liaison across organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, To Do) and travel/expense tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the CSO's calendar, travel, and appointments; resolve conflicts and keep deadlines.
• Draft and edit correspondence and presentations; triage high-volume inbox using AI-assisted tools.
• Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects from scoping through execution; act as CSO proxy in meetings.
• Mentor and supervise one Administrative role for Research leadership; establish standards and processes.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel; manage logistics and itineraries.
• Plan meetings, prepare agendas, gather materials, take minutes and track action items.
• Maintain confidential documents and ensure quick retrieval of files.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities to preempt operational issues for CSO.
