Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the CSO in Brisbane, CA, onsite. You will own calendars, coordinate complex travel, draft communications, and lead strategic projects across Research leadership.

This role requires keen judgment, proactive problem solving, and the ability to mentor an administrative team. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities to streamline operations and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in an executive administrative or business partner role, incl. 3+ years with a C‑level leader in pharma/healthcare/science.
• Experience mentoring administrative staff and setting team standards.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and represent priorities in a leader's absence.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and deadline‑driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own CSO calendar, travel, and appointments; resolve conflicts and maintain deadlines.
• Draft and edit correspondence and presentations; triage high-volume inbox with AI tools.
• Lead or co‑lead cross‑functional projects from scoping to execution.
• Proxy for CSO in selecting meetings, documenting decisions, and driving follow‑through.
• Coordinate HR/Finance/IT/Facilities to resolve operational issues before CSO involvement.
• Manage one direct report and standardize processes across Research administration.
