Job summary

Handlery Union Square Hotel seeks an Executive Business Partner to the CEO and CFO to coordinate priorities and streamline corporate office operations across Union Square, San Francisco. This on-site/hybrid role offers a compensation range of $100,000–$125,000.

You will partner with the CEO and CFO to reduce administrative burden, improve workflows, and manage calendars, communications, and governance-related tasks with discretion and accountability.

Qualifications

5+ years in executive support, operations, administration, or project coordination.
Proven ability to improve processes and drive initiatives to completion.
Excellent judgment, communication, organization, discretion, and accountability.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to partner with senior executives.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and automation preferred.

Responsibilities

Capture leadership decisions and action items; track priorities, follow up, and elevate issues.
Improve workflows, information management, and document practices using technology, automation, and AI tools.
Manage executive calendars, communications, agendas, materials, and meeting summaries.
Support shareholder communications and governance while fostering discretion, collaboration, and accountability.
