Job summary

FPC of Savannah is seeking a dynamic Compensation Manager to oversee executive and corporate compensation programs. You will design, administer, and analyze compensation, manage equity administration, and support annual merit and incentive cycles.

This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and leadership to ensure competitive, compliant, and performance-driven programs. You will own the SuccessFactors compensation module and help maintain job architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
• Six+ years of progressive compensation experience incl. executive compensation
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with HRIS/compensation systems

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and administer executive and corporate compensation programs.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive cycles.
• Oversee equity plan administration and proxy disclosures.
• Manage SuccessFactors compensation module as system owner.
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
• Maintain job architecture, salary structures, and internal equity.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership and decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS and compensation systems.
