Job summary

FPC Franchise is seeking a dynamic Compensation Manager to lead executive and corporate compensation programs in the United States. You will design, administer, and analyze compensation, oversee equity plans, annual incentives, and the SuccessFactors module, while aligning with governance and regulatory requirements.

In collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership, you will keep programs competitive, compliant, and performance-driven, supporting the company’s strategic

Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, HR or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive compensation experience, incl. executive compensation and equity.
  • Strong analytical, modeling and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design, administer, and analyze executive and corporate compensation programs.
  • Oversee equity plan administration and annual incentive cycles.
  • Manage the SuccessFactors compensation module as system owner.
  • Maintain job architecture, salary structures, and internal equity.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
  • Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and leadership on governance and disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
