Job summary

Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to lead the organization’s compensation strategy, equity programs, and related initiatives. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to build scalable processes and governance.

Responsibilities include managing a small team, overseeing merit and equity cycles, and enhancing compensation systems while delivering analytics and executive-level reporting. Atlanta-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive corporate compensation experience.
• Hands-on equity/stock compensation administration experience.
• Experience building scalable compensation programs and salary structures.
• Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and pay studies.
• Previous people management experience in Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Oversee equity and stock compensation programs and stock administration platform.
• Establish salary structures, pay grades, and guardrails.
• Conduct market pricing analyses and formal compensation studies.
• Provide recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and incentives.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders on Total Rewards.
• Develop policies, governance, and annual compensation planning cycles.
• Lead a Compensation Analyst and provide coaching and development.
• Support payroll data accuracy and system integrations.
• Evaluate and optimize compensation software and related technologies.
• Prepare executive reports and compensation analytics for leadership.
