Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support the President of Jimmy John’s and partner with the Jimmy John’s Leadership Team, Kate Carpenter CMO, Ian Dalzell, and Tom Lake.

This role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced, highly visible environment while driving executive productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including C-suite leaders, presidents, or equivalent roles
• Demonstrated ability to act as strategic partner to executive leadership
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational priorities and executive decision-making
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to the President, helping manage priorities and optimize time
• Manage a complex, dynamic calendar with sound judgment in scheduling
• Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and expense management
• Prepare meetings with briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up items
• Liaise between the President and internal/external stakeholders for alignment
• Track deliverables and drive execution across leadership teams
• Support leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic reviews
• Create systems and processes to improve executive productivity
