Qualifications
5+ years of executive-level administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience supporting C-suite leadership and/or Board of Directors.
Strong understanding of confidentiality standards, preferably HIPAA.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar.
Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Handle highly confidential information in compliance with HIPAA.
Coordinate Board meetings and prepare meeting packets.
Oversee executive office processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
