A non-profit mental health organization is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support to the President & CEO. This in-office role will manage schedules, communications, and operations while providing administrative support to the Board of Directors. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in an executive support role, outstanding organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Starting hourly wage is $22 with a 30-hour work week.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years providing high-level executive support to senior leadership.
Proven experience managing complex schedules and executive communications.
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
