Job summary

Vizient, Inc. in Irving, TX, Chicago, IL, or Centennial, CO, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in the SM Client Services & Delivery organization.

You will help structure priorities, manage calendars, travel, meetings, and critical business activities, acting as a trusted partner across the leadership team. This office-based hybrid role requires strong communication, discretion, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to strengthen team effectiveness and ensure

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced business environment required.
• Experience coordinating multiple senior leaders and managing competing priorities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain discretion and protect confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and priorities with high organization.
• Coordinate domestic travel, logistics, and changes as needed.
• Prepare and submit timely expense reports and support reconciliation of executive expenses.
• Serve as a primary liaison for executives and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Plan leadership meetings, town halls, and team events; develop meeting agendas and materials.
• Track meetings, action items, and commitments to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Support communications across the leadership team to promote alignment and information sharing.
