Responsibilities include compiling complex reports and presentations, coordinating sensitive meetings, and managing travel logistics. Strong Microsoft Office skills and years of related experience are required.

Formación

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Represents Executive to high level internal and external constituents, handling policy questions and sensitive issues.
• Gathers information, researches and writes memos, letters, and reports with independent judgment.
• Coordinates meetings with community leaders, government agencies, legal and consulting firms and handles sensitive information.
• Generates reports determining data inclusion and output criteria with accuracy checks.
• Manages online appointment schedule, coordinates complex travel arrangements and prepares materials for presentations.
