Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of senior perioperative leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex perioperative operations in an acute care hospital setting.
• Experience leading operational improvements, large teams, and budgets.
• Preferred: Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), PhD, or other doctoral degree.
• NEA-BC, CNOR, or other advanced nursing leadership certification.
