Responsibilities

• Manage complex multi-time-zone calendars and travel arrangements.
• Draft and send communications on behalf of executives with professional tone.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and large events.
• Act as meeting proxy, take notes, and ensure follow-through on actions.
