Job summary

Cornerstone Brands (A Division of QVC Group) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Marketing Officer and VPs in Ohio. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and prepare materials to enable senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

In this role, you will draft executive correspondence, prepare presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

Experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.
Ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements with discretion.
Drafts professional communications and prepares executive-level materials.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Proactively manages a complex executive calendar and meetings, prioritizes commitments, and coordinates logistics.
Plans and coordinates meetings, reviews, events, and key activities, developing agendas and materials.
Drafts, reviews, and prepares executive correspondence, presentations, and reports; facilitates communications with stakeholders.
Maintains understanding of organizational priorities and supports special projects as assigned.
Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
