Job summary

Bellwether Wealth Advisors in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder, President & CEO. This on-site, full-time role requires proactive, highly organized professionals who can anticipate needs, coordinate across teams, and ensure critical details are completed.

You will manage calendars, meetings, and strategic initiatives, collaborating with COO and advisors, and using AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting senior executives in high-responsibility roles.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling, communications, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate client meetings with prep and follow-up.
• Attend select meetings, capture action items, ensure completion.
• Work with COO, financial advisors, and teams to move projects.
• Track deadlines and accountability on tasks.
• Assist with executive projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and Microsoft Office to improve productivity.
