Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking an Executive Assistant in Tulsa to provide high-level administrative support to members of the Executive/Senior Leadership Team. The role requires discretion, calendar management, and coordination of bank-wide activities.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of executive administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication, and advanced computer skills to handle complex priorities in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree and 4-6 years executive-level admin experience or 7-10 years equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced PC and software application skills
  • Excellent understanding of bank operating practices and procedures
  • Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Advanced organization skills; handle multiple complex priorities
  • Ability to work with data requiring confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain executive calendar to ensure high priority objectives are met; schedule meetings with minimal direction.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and notes for meetings; attend as needed.
  • Develop and maintain information in spreadsheets and databases; generate and distribute reports.
  • Maintain confidential files and projects; screen calls and inquiries; supervise Administrative Assistants if needed.
