Relativity is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate to partner with Relativity Success leadership on planning, prioritization, and executive-facing reporting. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytics to shape how the department operates and delivers value to customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate across Success, manage trade-offs, assess dependencies, and help translate strategic goals into grounded, data-driven actions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience turning strategy into grounded operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership for planning, alignment, and execution.
• Collaborate with Relativity Success teams to convert on-ground intelligence into prioritization and reporting capabilities.
• Assist prioritization for cross-team work, assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and align sequencing to goals.
• Maintain visibility into in-flight work to reflect a complete picture in prioritization and reporting.
• Recommend actions with cross-team dependencies and proposed courses of action.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with current adoption and dynamics data.
