Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead in the United States to drive and deliver cross-functional strategy initiatives within the Clients & Industries organization. You will partner with function leaders and align programs to ensure effective execution across regions.

The role focuses on strategy development, resource planning, cost management, and process improvements, with a requirement for a strong leadership track record and experience delivering complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.
• Experience leading strategy execution programs across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function(s) strategy with the function(s) Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function(s) leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide strategic guidance on management information and performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement leadership models to activate strategy and drive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to apply initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop awareness campaigns and execute strategic events.
• Maintain relationships with regions and support meeting agendas.
