Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver enterprise-wide strategy programs within Clients & Industries. You will partner with Leaders across the organization to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader, you will oversee program strategy, align resources, manage communications, and collaborate with regions to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function's strategy alongside the function's Leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and overall business performance analysis.
• Articulate and implement the function's leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations.
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying Clients & Industries initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams.
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and executing strategic events.
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program/function leaders in shaping and executing key meeting agendas.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of the business to drive and deliver complex projects and initiatives.
• Manage highly complex relationships with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Make decisions regarding project resources, spend and procurement approvals.
• Assess and prioritize financial requests against budgets.
