You will administer hardware, software, databases, and end-user tech, ensuring stable, scalable service delivery and adherence to internal standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma and 4+ years in technology operations or related technical support roles.

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for technology platforms and systems to maintain production stability.
• Administers hardware, software, databases and end-user technology following procedures for reliable service delivery.
• Coordinates with other technology teams on routine operational activities and flags issues or risks.
• Monitors system performance and queues, resolves issues within scope and escalates complex problems.
• Supports installation planning activities, tracks readiness tasks and dependencies for deployments.
• Follows approved standards and procedures to support security and risk management.
• Participates in maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting to minimize disruptions.
• Documents requests, workarounds and resolutions for continuous process improvement.
• Provides training and guidance to junior teammates on procedures and troubleshooting.
