The role requires 7+ years in business systems analysis or related fields, a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, and preferred certifications such as CBAP/CCBA/PMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• 7+ years of business systems analysis, enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Knowledge of system design, integration and support of enterprise applications.
• CBAP, CCBA or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis and documentation of complex business requirements and defines scope for new/enhanced systems.
• Collaborates with executives to identify process improvements and technology innovations.
• Translates business needs into detailed system specifications for developers.
• Oversees design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Leads testing, validation and quality assurance of system functionality, performance and security.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship across project lifecycles.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors system performance and implements corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Contributes to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manages vendor relationships and oversees third-party service providers.
