Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites applications for a strategic communications manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) communications team supporting the Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) org.

Lead executive storytelling, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives across technology, operations, and data teams. You will shape communications across channels, manage events, and partner with internal teams to drive engagement and measure impact, while maintaining high standards of integrity

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate executive and internal communications.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or related fields.
Experience consulting with senior executives and coaching leaders for high-visibility moments.
Proven ability to develop cohesive and effective communication strategies.
Excellent writing and editing abilities and verbal communication skills.
Storytelling expertise with ability to simplify complex topics.
Comfort with managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design and lead end-to-end communications strategy for CIB Operations groups.
Advise senior leaders on communications strategy, messaging, and reputation management.
Lead planning and execution of executive employee engagement events.
Develop executive messaging, talking points, briefs, org announcements, and updates.
Create narratives and campaigns; disseminate via multi-channel approach.
Amplify stories via Teams, Outlook, intranet, video and live events.
Support intranet management; oversee look, feel and navigation.
Measure and report on communications effectiveness and value.
