Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in corporate or internal communications.
• Strategic communications: develop cohesive strategies and excellent writing/editing.
• Storytelling expertise to drive business narratives.

• Project management to handle multiple high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Executive messaging, talking points, briefs and announcements.
• Editorials development, sourcing, writing and publishing stories.
• Plan and execute executive employee engagement events and town halls.
• Amplify Operations stories across Teams, intranet and events; coordinate with Press/Marketing.
• Develop drafts, secure approvals, and disseminate communications materials.
• Lead logistics for internal events and support decks and talking points.
• Measure open-rates, surveys and article clicks to guide strategy.
