Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President to lead internal communications for the Security & Resiliency Initiative (SRI).

The role reports to the Head of Communications for SRI and CE&E and collaborates with the Global Head of Internal Communications for the CIB to ensure a consistent voice across the firm. You will develop and execute enterprise-wide communications, draft leadership messages, plan employee engagement, measure impact, and drive storytelling across intranet, Teams, newsletters,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of internal communications experience.
• Experience at scale in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent writing and editing across formats.
• Ability to manage content workflows and approvals in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical approach with metrics to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of internal communications strategy for SRI across channels.
• Advise SRI leadership on messaging, narrative development, and engagement opportunities.
• Draft, edit and oversee leadership messages, announcements, FAQs, explainers, newsletters, intranet stories, scripts, and event materials.
• Build an ongoing employee storytelling engine by sourcing, writing, and publishing stories highlighting progress, achievements, and people.
• Own end-to-end content workflow: drafts, edits, approvals, and publishing across Teams, intranet, video, digital signage, and live events.
• Plan and execute executive engagement moments (town halls, all-hands, site visits, panels, fireside chats) with logistics and briefing materials.
• Support intranet content management: strategy, governance, look/feel, navigation.
• Partner with Marketing and external comms to align internal storytelling with external narratives.
• Establish measurement of awareness, comprehension and engagement to sharpen strategy over time.
• Develop relationships across the firm to enable collaboration across communications teams.
