Job summary

DAP Health is seeking an Events and Partnerships Manager to lead fundraising events, oversee logistical execution, and manage vendor relationships. You will steward a portfolio of donors and partners, building strong connections to drive revenue and support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, events or related field preferred, or 3 years in event management/fundraising.
• Experience in nonprofit development, philanthropy, and fundraising preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; exceptional time management; customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue generation and ensure events meet targets and budgets.
• Manage detailed event logistics and vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage event budgets/expenses and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and suppliers for services.
• Build and nurture donor and partner relationships to increase retention.
• Create and maintain ticketing websites and registration pages for in-person and virtual events.
• Collaborate on communications and marketing with Brand Marketing to boost participation.
• Represent the organization and promote events to support fundraising goals.
