Job summary

PDS Health Foundation seeks a Manager, Philanthropy Development and Communications to lead revenue-generating fundraising activities through vendor partnerships, major donor cultivation, and recurring gifts. The role develops communications and marketing content and tracks progress against goals.

Grant writing may occur occasionally, not as a core focus. Responsibilities include donor engagement, strategy execution, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand voice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences required or 5+ years in related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading strategic fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develops fundraising and stewardship strategy focused on donor sectors to meet revenue goals.
• Builds and stewards relationships with major donors and partners for long term engagement.
• Designs recurring gift program strategy and donor onboarding/retention.
