Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to drive donor engagement and strategy across major donors and partners. You will collaborate with partnership advisors to tailor plans, deliver personalized donor engagement activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize philanthropic impact.

The role emphasizes moves management, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive portfolio management in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fundraising experience with a focus on donor relations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarization or experience with moves management strategy.
• Demonstrated marketing and communication skills.
• Proven experience driving multiple concurrent projects to completion through transformation and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to work independently in a multifaceted organization.
• Proficient knowledge of technology including MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Be a thought partner with partnership advisors to devise strategic donor plans.
• Identify, source, and execute personalized engagement plans and events for donors.
• Serve as a cross-functional manager to ensure collaboration across teams (proposals, major gifts, events, communications, legal).
• Understand Stand Together strategic initiatives to align with donor priorities.
• Facilitate a collaborative environment by sharing donor feedback across the community.
• Project manage the portfolio by tracking actions and preparing for strategy and briefings.
• Ensure donor interactions are relevant and impactful with the right collateral and messaging.
