This position is responsible for managing event logistics, maintaining vendor relationships, adhering tobudgetary constraints, and nurturing a portfolio of donor and vendor connections. The role is integral to achieving strategic goals related to partnership development, event productivity, and revenue growth.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneEssential Duties/ResponsibilitiesRevenue GenerationEffectively implement the vision of each event determined by the CEO; Chief Philanthropy Officer; Director of Events and Partnerships; and board membersOversee the detailed logistical execution of assigned events, ensuring revenue targets are met and costs are controlledWork with Volunteer Services Coordinators to ensure effective volunteer coordination of all eventsAssist in preparing and managing event budget/expensesAssist in coordinating and contracting with vendors, consultants, and suppliers for provision of servicesUpdate and support internal management tools to maintain project timelines and deliverablesManage portfolio of donors, partners and vendors to effectively steward them throughout the year and increase retention of supportersPerform other duties as assigned to support the Philanthropy team and organizational goalsBuild ticketing websites and registration pages for in-person and virtual eventsCommunications, Outreach and MarketingAssist in developing communications and marketing strategies with Brand Marketing department to maximize awareness of and participation in fundraising activitiesRepresent the organization positively, promoting events and contributing to effective public relations efforts with the organization’s missionRequired Skills/AbilitiesDemonstrate exceptional time management skills by effectively prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring prompt completion of projectsMust show problem-solving and decision-making ability to correct unforeseen issues on the spot during events and be flexible in a changing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service capabilities and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, dynamic environmentKnowledge of PC functions, Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong organizational skills and ability to work with little supervisionEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, events or a related field preferred or at least three years in event management/coordination and direct fundraising experience in lieu of degreeExperience in a nonprofit setting with a focus on development, philanthropy, and fundraising preferredExperience with Microsoft Office, CRMs and event platforms preferredWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsThis position is on-site at a DAP Health clinic location with the possibility of hybridAbility to lift up to 24 poundsOperates primarily in an office setting with frequent periods of sitting, standing, and talkingRequires current and valid driver’s license and current personal auto insuranceFlexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends for event coordination and attendanceSome travel may be necessary
