Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE designation or event cert preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising or event management experience.
• Experience securing sponsorships and managing volunteer committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual fundraising event strategy aligned with organizational revenue goals.
• Lead planning and execution of signature fundraising events from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Cultivate corporate sponsors and underwriters; manage sponsorship fulfillment.
• Grow third-party fundraising opportunities and peer-to-peer campaigns.
• Collaborate with finance to track revenue, budgets, and donor records.
