Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public relations, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of fundraising or nonprofit development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all signature fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
• Lead development of corporate partnerships and sponsorship strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Supervise staff and volunteers, set goals, and ensure effective execution of plans.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing to create mission-driven event promotion and outreach.
