Job summary

Catalpa Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Event and Engagement Manager to design and oversee donor events, receptions, and community initiatives that fund pediatric mental health care for children and families in the Fox Valley.

You’ll build partnerships with stakeholders, manage invitations, RSVPs, and program flow, and align events with fundraising goals while advancing donor stewardship. This role directly supports thousands of children each year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in non-profit management or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in development/fundraising event planning and management.
• Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of donor events, receptions and VIP gatherings; oversee invitations, RSVPs, menus, decor, program flow and briefing notes.
• Organize donor recognition events; procure awards; coordinate thank-yous and track milestones with data teams.
• Coordinate events alignment with fundraising goals and donor stewardship touchpoints.
• Register for and manage the clinic’s presence at local community events; handle booth design and staff scheduling.
• Serve as logistics coordinator for external panels, community forums and Corporate Partners Program.
• Act as central scheduler for the clinic’s community room and maintain a calendar for space requests.
• Collaborate with HR to coordinate logistics for internal events and craft engaging invitations.
