Pediatric Home Service seeks an experienced Outreach Representative to grow awareness of our pediatric home health services in Milwaukee, WI, and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes building lasting partnerships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other referral sources.

You will educate professionals about our services, lead outreach initiatives, and travel regularly to cover the territory, combining relationship-building with strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years healthcare sales, business development, outreach, referral development, or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to initiate conversations.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
• Develop new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts to support referral and admission growth.
• Maintain a consistent presence in the assigned market and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Educate healthcare professionals on PHS services and capabilities.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, tours, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and partners.
• Represent PHS at conferences, networking events, and community gatherings.
• Track referral activity and market data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop outreach campaigns and growth strategies.
