Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Sr. Manager of Events to own how the company appears at customer, industry, government, and partner events. You will partner across Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Product to ensure events reflect Vantor’s strategic brand and commercial goals.

The role requires deep events expertise, experience with senior executives and high‑profile stakeholders, and a focus on measurable business impact across domestic and international events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing enterprise event programs.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders.
• Background in B2B technology, defense/intelligence, aerospace, or geospatial domains.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise event strategy across customer, industry, government, and partner environments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product, and BD to align events with business goals.
• Lead executive and government engagement, advising on post-event follow-up and pipeline impact.
• Elevate the Vantor experience at conferences, trade shows, and live engagements.
• Establish KPIs and measurement tying events to engagement, opportunities, and visibility.
• Manage budget and investments, prioritizing portfolio impact and ROI.
