Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three years in nonprofit development, fundraising, event management, donor relations, sponsorships, or similar.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events from concept to completion.
• Experience collaborating with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of fundraising events from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Develop event plans, budgets, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate speakers, sponsors, honorees, board members, volunteers, and vendors.
• Manage registrations, guest lists, seating, and data; oversee event-day activities.
• Oversee sponsor recognition, fulfillment, and post-event evaluation.
• Maintain an annual development calendar and donor communications.
