Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years fundraising experience with donor cultivation.
• Experience with donor databases and donor relations.
• Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor-centered fundraising strategy to grow and retain donors.
• Cultivate, solicit, steward, and retain individual donors and corporate partners.
• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, focusing on relationship-building and increased giving.
• Collaborate with Marketing and program leadership to communicate impact and opportunities.
• Represent VOA at events and community engagements to strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain timely donor records and reporting in the donor database.
