Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to build and scale the Event Shared Services organization. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Event Shared Services and offers a hybrid schedule from our Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC locations.

The ideal candidate will drive standardized processes, governance, and reporting across multiple Strategic Business Groups. You will lead cross-functional partnerships with marketing, sales, finance, procurement, legal, and external

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in event operations, program management, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale event programs and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to build and implement operational processes and governance models.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Shared Services Operations & Governance: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes that enable a centralized Event Shared Services model.
Establish and maintain event intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and governance frameworks.
Develop standardized operating procedures, templates, playbooks, and workflows that support event execution across all SBGs.
