Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Event Operations Manager to build and scale the Event Shared Services organization. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of Event Shared Services and offers a hybrid work schedule from Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in event operations or program management, with strong cross-functional collaboration and governance experience, plus proficiency in event tools like Cvent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event operations or program management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale event programs and cross-functional groups.
• Ability to build operational processes and governance models.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Travel 15-25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve centralized Event Shared Services processes.
• Establish event intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and workflows for event execution.
• Own and optimize event operations tools and dashboards.
• Produce executive-level reporting and KPIs.
• Support budget planning and vendor onboarding.
