Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hotel/event operations context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and communicates with customers regarding event details and follow-ups.
• Acts as liaison between sales, customer, and event process; solves problems and suggests alternatives.
• Oversees customer experiences from file turnover through post-event turnover to sales.
• Leads pre-event and post-event meetings; facilitates banquet/event reviews.
• Manages group room blocks and meeting spaces for assigned groups.
• Greets customers during events and hands off to Event Operations for execution.
• Adheres to standards, policies, and procedures; incorporates trends in event design.
• Observes service behaviors and provides feedback to improve performance.
