Job summary

iT1 in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Event Coordinator to join the Marketing team. You will manage end-to-end events, from concept through on-site execution, with a focus on logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and attendee experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in event planning, a degree in Marketing or Business, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, production, or operations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of high-quality internal and customer-facing events from concept to completion.
• Own the operation and logistics of end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
• Plan and execute 25 trade shows where the company exhibits or attends.
• Manage virtual webinars, registrations, sponsorships, booth logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to maximize event impact and ROI.
• Track metrics, analyze ROI, and manage event data and budgets.
