Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Tempe seeks an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthday and group events, turning ideas into memorable experiences.

You will sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events, input sales data in CRM and office systems, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to exceed targets while delivering exceptional guest service. Availability for days/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer-first attitude.
• Teamwork is essential and collaboration with others is expected.
• Relationship-building with guests and clients is important.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Clear communication with management, team members and guests.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in CRM and office systems.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed event sales targets and quarterly plans.
• Prospect and develop relationships for new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share strategic ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing office duties and maintain safety standards.
