Job summary

iT1, a leading technology solutions provider in Tempe, AZ, seeks an Event Coordinator to join the Marketing team and oversee end-to-end event planning. You will drive logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for high-quality events.

The role requires strong organization, multi-project management, and the ability to travel as needed, with opportunities to partner with Sales and Leadership to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, production, or operations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 4–8 weeks intervals as required.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of 25 trade shows where iT1 exhibits or attends.
• Own virtual webinars and events from start to finish and reconcile invoices.
• Manage all aspects of event execution: venue, registrations, sponsorships, booth logistics, shipping, vendors, on-site support.
• Coordinate internal and client-facing events from start to finish and reconcile invoices and debriefs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to maximize impact and outcomes.
• Conduct post-event analysis, ROI, and continuous improvement.
