New Reach Careers, LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and manage company events that align with Brand Visionary goals. This on-site role requires researching vendors, budgeting, and ensuring events are engaging, cost-efficient, and memorable.

You will partner with the Event Director, Finance, Marketing, Community and HR to deliver seamless experiences. Travel may be required and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies a W2 salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of organizing successful events.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications.
• Experience budgeting and tracking expenses.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Maintains calm under pressure with customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Event Director and Brand Visionary to understand event requirements.
• Research vendors and make recommendations based on creativity, quality and costs.
• Some travel will be required.
• Plan event details: seating, dining, venue, speakers, guest accommodations, overall experience.
• Handle day-to-day administration: orders, vendor monitoring, attendee participation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Community and HR when planning events.
• Keep budgets and timelines under control at all times.
• Manage event-related issues and address potential problems as they arise.
• Plan for potential scenarios that may impact event integrity.
