You will monitor assets, propose fee structure changes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure superior client experiences. The role requires extensive experience in mutual funds/ETF industries, strong communication, and risk-aware decision-making to support boards and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12 to 16 years of experience in a mutual fund/ETF related or brokerage industry position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to facilitate communication and develop strategies.
• Review and approve invoices for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Assist training and mentoring of new personnel.
