Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior Relationship Manager to serve mutual fund clients and act as trusted advisor in USBFS operations. You will assess client needs, coordinate cross‑functional teams, review regulatory documents, and support asset growth while maintaining strong client relations.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with in‑office presence required and opportunities to mentor staff and improve department procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12 to 16 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.
• Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of operations, legal or accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments measuring client satisfaction for each service line.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to facilitate open communication and develop strategies.
• Review and approve all business line invoices for reasonableness and accuracy.
