Qualifications

• 12 to 16 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Review and approve invoices for USBFS and U.S. Bank, N.A. for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Prepare and complete transfer agent audit requests and information for SEC Exams.
