Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for USBFS to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on maximizing retention and expanding product services. You will assess client assets, propose fee structure amendments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client requests.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, reviewing regulatory documents, and supporting audit processes. Hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office days and attendance at conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12–16 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of risk management and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Review and approve invoices and regulatory documents.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and facilitate client tours and conferences.
• Develop and implement department procedures to enhance client experience.
• Mentor and train new personnel within the Relationship Management team.
