U.S. Bank’s USBFS team seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to help clients meet strategic goals and grow assets.

You will act as a trusted advisor, assess service performance, and coordinate cross-department initiatives to deliver tailored fund services and support. The role requires deep knowledge of mutual funds, strong client communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of experience in a mutual fund/ETF related or brokerage industry position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand USBFS's product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments measuring client satisfaction for each service line.
