Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12 to 16 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.

Responsabilités

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments measuring client satisfaction across service lines.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to develop strategies and solutions for client requests.
• Review and approve all business line invoices for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Prepare and complete transfer agent audit information for SEC exams.
• Review shareholder statements, shareholder applications, and regulatory documents.
• Assist Relationship Managers with training and mentoring of new personnel.
