Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Nine to 14 years of experience in mutual fund/brokerage positions or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and operations, legal or accounting principles affecting mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments and assess service levels for each line.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to facilitate communication and resolve client requests.
• Review and approve invoices for USBFS and U.S. Bank for reasonableness and accuracy.
